Hotel Concordia - Venice

Good place with excellent wi-fi, friendly staff, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me with late check-out on my first stay. I can't wait for my romantic escape back!

I appreciated the nice cozy and lovely romantic room, and the great view of St Mark's Cathedral. The service offered was great! Also with its very good wifi I could post videos etc.

Breakfasts are immaculate and satisfactory!!

The rooms are delightful and the bathrooms are clean. The personnel is extremely great.

All the staff were helpful friendly and courteous. The hotel was charming. Our room was charming spacious and comfortable especially with the magnificent view from the top overlooking st. Marco aware. Would definitely return.

We were occasionally disturbed by the noisy youngsters in the adjacent room even though the walls are decoratively padded in order to sound proof.

service is spectacular, great staff, always willing to help, understand you and make yourself understood. location is perfect, next to St. Mark's Square, not far from the Doge's Palace. It is close to the pier where you can take the vaporetto, gondola or taxi.

I hired a superior room, I don't even want to know how the normal ones will be, decent but with a 6-step stretch to go up to a mini room with a sofa bed and door to the bathroom, bathroom is great. Room very improvable for the category of the hotel and price. room was several minutes away from the elevator, after leaving it we found a stretch of two stairs, then a long corridor and a stretch of 6 or 8 more steps up and after another corridor, another eight steps down to the door of the room. To get to the reception and elevator you have to climb the equivalent of one floor by one staircase. My partner who has hip and knee problems almost killed me. I studied the hotel information on the page and at no time could I perceive the architectural barriers of the establishment.

easy access to st marks square and good dining options

Having stayed here for one night, I loved being just a few steps from St Mark's Square, where the vibrancy of Venice comes alive, and I appreciated the abundance of cafes and restaurants nearby.

I would have liked a room overlooking the square instead of the street and it would be great if you could be offered this option (even at an additional price)

The hotel one of the best locations in Venezia. Perferc view to San Marco creates perfect emotions.

A kind of good service

The double room was fantastic, stunning, with a clean bathroom. Excellent service overall, we greatly enjoyed it. We had an incredible time here and would return here.

Pleasant staff, cleanness of the room, view at the S. Marco square, nice and comfortable bathroom.

Heating was turned on too much, the thermostat at the room was not responding.

Location - it cannot be beaten and we had a room overlooking St Marks Sq. Beds comfortable and bathroom whilst small clean and adequate. Service was exellent.

The food was not particularly good - with better food the dining experience would match the exellent waiters
